I loved this book....its easy to read and the story is compelling and so relevant to those of us who adopt from the region. Although she is Eritrean, many of her references are relevant to Ethiopia. She tells her story with such honesty that we may really see how it felt to be her during her visit to her homeland...something which I want to do with my daughter some day. Buy it, read it, and we'll probably all read it again when our kids get older too.
